Happy Mardi Gras Bellingham! How are you planning to celebrate Fat Tuesday? While Bellingham and Mardi Gras are not exactly synonymous, local businesses are happy to give you some ways to have a good time.
Here are some ideas:
The Copper Hog has a special Mardi Gras menu, with jambalaya, red beans and rice, and more.
The Wild Buffalo is having a Mardi Gras Voodoo Dance Party with Megatron.
Boundary Bay Brewery is celebrating Mardi Gras with live music by Ken Pickard & Zydeco Explosion, and a Cajun Menu. The music is at 9-11pm and there is no cover.
As Bellingham’s only cajun/creole restaurant, Bayou on Bay will be representing Mardi Gras with beads and merriment.
Around this time of year, I really miss living in New Orleans. Maybe I will head out and see how Bellingham celebrates Mardi Gras!
